Due to overwhelming amount of customers we treat daily, we require a notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If we do not receive timely notification, single party appointments will be charged 50%. Spa parties will be responsible for full price as quoted. Please remember that we are closed on Monday, so any appointments made on a Tuesday must be cancelled by the prior Sunday.
